My story
Entrepreneurship was not a decision: it is what I grew up with
I grew up watching my mother build businesses. She taught me that a business is built on discipline, closeness to every client and responding fast. I have been working since 2022 and, since then, I have been part of real decisions on structure, leadership and growth at companies in Chile, Peru, Colombia and the United States.
I studied Business Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, majoring in Business Administration. My work combines that training with hands-on experience: hiring for key roles, leadership assessment, defining structures and organizing teams.
Today I run Heads Consulting, my personal firm. I do executive search and business diagnoses backed by HR Consultores, a family business with more than 25 years in recruitment, and I build websites and tools with Valmont Lab, a company I co-founded. I also lead the executive search processes at Redagrícola Headhunting.

Captain of Old Brads
Old Brads FC · Bradford Alumni Football Club
An alumni football team from Colegio Bradford, founded in 2025. We compete in Liga COF, Junior category. We play football, but our identity comes from rugby values: respect, discipline, loyalty and the team above egos. I am the captain: the link between the players, the board and the referee.
Sport taught me what I apply at work: discipline, commitment to the team and doing things right even when nobody is watching.
